2. About Our Services

Onyx Recovery is a wellness and recovery spa offering services including, but not limited to: cold plunge, infrared sauna, red light therapy, compression therapy, Vitamin C shower, and IV hydration. Certain services may also be available under the guidance of our clinical team, including hormone optimization, peptide therapy, medical weight management, and other provider-directed treatments, where clinically appropriate and permitted by law.

Onyx Recovery operates under the supervision of a licensed Physician Assistant team, working under a supervising physician (MD), supported by BSN-credentialed nursing staff.

5. Booking, Scheduling & Cancellation

• Services may be booked online through our Vagaro booking platform, by phone, or in person.

• Certain services require completion of an intake form and/or medical screening prior to your appointment.

Pricing for services is listed on our website and is subject to change without notice. Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged through an active membership or package agreement.

Participation in wellness services offered by Onyx Recovery — including but not limited to cold plunge, sauna, red light therapy, compression therapy, and IV hydration — involves inherent risks. By booking and receiving services, you acknowledge and voluntarily assume these risks. You confirm that you have disclosed all relevant medical history and conditions to our team prior to treatment.
 

9. Testimonials & Photo/Video Release

Client testimonials, photos, or videos may be featured on our website or social media channels only with a signed release on file. If you have provided a testimonial, photo, or video and would like it removed, please contact us at the information below.

Onyx Recovery does not collect protected health information (PHI) through this website. Any health-related information submitted through service-specific intake forms is collected and stored through our booking and clinical systems (Vagaro), not the public website.
